Rubber labels are frequently preferred types of labels, especially in the clothing sector, due to their durability, flexibility and water resistance. Rubber labels are used on the outside of clothes, in areas such as collars, waists and shoulders. They can be printed on them and the logo, label or design of the brands can be printed. Here are the basic steps of rubber label production:
1. Design Stage The design of rubber labels, the dimensions, shape, colors and the writing or logo design on the label are determined. At this stage, the appearance that the end user wants to see and the identity of the brand are taken into consideration.
2. Mold Preparation A mold is prepared for the production of rubber labels. This mold is used to correctly remove the details in the design (writings, logos, patterns, etc.). The mold is made of metal and contains the tiny details of the design.
3. Preparation of the Rubber Mixture A special rubber mixture is prepared for the production of rubber labels. This mixture contains healthy pvc material and synthetic rubber, colored pigments and hardening agents. The mixture provides the durability and aesthetic features of the label.
4. Rubber Casting or Injection The rubber mixture is poured into the mold or placed in the mold by injection. During this process, heat and pressure are applied and the rubber is placed in the mold and shaped.
Casting Method: The rubber is poured into the mold and heated for a certain period of time to harden it.
Injection Method: The rubber is injected into the mold with an injection machine and shaped there.
Advantages of Rubber Labels:
Durability: Rubber labels are more durable than other types of labels and can be used for a long time without deterioration.
Water Resistance: It is especially preferred in outdoor clothing because it is resistant to water.
Flexibility: Rubber labels are quite flexible and can move with the clothing and do not deform.
Aesthetic Appearance: It provides a stylish appearance and reinforces the brand's image.
Rubber labels are used in the clothing industry to emphasize quality, durability and brand image.
